Sloppy, inaccurate, and invaluable

An astonishing muddle of misinformation and linguistic naivete, much of it couched in an English that is nearly incomprehensible. The volume is very cheaply produced, with whole signatures loose and falling out just days after I first opened it.
That said, I wouldn't be without this book. A reasonably sophisticated, reasonably critical reader will find plenty of fascinating questions raised even--perhaps especially--in those entries that are most blatantly inaccurate, and I've found the book a rich source of inspiration for my own work.
